May be experimenting with the kettle

The kettle which has not the temperature regulating switch... it's very difficult to cook manu time on and off...and still we don't get the desired consistency

3:41 coffee is so light. Since I’m a South Indian I prefer filter coffee only. So I may go d this color and instant coffee a bit different. Hope that marshmallow is vegetarian.

You can put small size steam basket but careful while steaming
