    If you have time, I would like to see you do a Senior "Drop Set" upper body strength video using dumbbells - slow and controlled moves please 😄.

    @@ZacharyFiorido Depending on the exercises (of course), I use 3 to 5 lbs (occasionally 6 lbs for biceps). I'm in my late 70's & have always loved strength workouts but it seems my strength has been decreasing as the years are rolling past. Hopefully, this will help?
