your character will be fully customisable from head to toe but when starting off you pick one of their premade classes. you can mix magic and other combat with everything, nothing is locked behind those classes.

This is the next souls game, made by the same people; except with George R R Martin to make the lore. This time you’re tarnished, trying to regain your glory.

lol the dragon fight from god of war was laughable next to this and mon hunter. that fight was cinematic drivel from a gameplay perspective. it basically just shot lighting beams and shockwaves at you while shifting positions. throwing that little dumb orb was even more laughable as a mechanic. while here and mon hunter dragons actually act like dragons and bite, fly, stomp, get enraged and actually try to kill you, and youll have to stab it to death yourself if u wana live. just like a dragon fight should be.

This being open world brings the series to whole other level

20:20 For Bloodborne, it was a case where they had a lot of weird things going on that made it too much for the PS4 hardware. But now, the PS5 has much, much better specs. And since this game uses similar assets to Dark Souls 3, I don't think there will be any problem running it on PS5. The reason Bloodborne doesn't look as good, like you mentioned, is because of the lack of anti-aliasing, and the 30fps lock. Both of these should be completely solved with this level of hardware. If Bloodborne was on PC, it's graphics would hold up a lot better.

That one guy stressed he wants to see it on PS5 fair enough they showed the PC version because graphically it would be the best. I am sure the PS5 version will be comparable though you won't notice a huge difference I think. Also difficulty wise it's a souls game made by fromsoftware so it won't be easy. I wouldn't have it any other way.

You should definitely go to Dark Souls 1 afterwards. I honestly think you should have started with DS1 but all well that ends well.

quick switching and using magics and everything was in everygame only new features are a new parry and block system, some new dodges, ashes of war, the mount, spirits

The game turned out better than most people could have believed

At 3:30 I can understand from that footage why he said he didn't like it as without the UI to show the boss health bar and the damage dealt and by the way it was edited makes it seem very scripted and has things like quick time events like in god of war and you gotta attack its weak points or whatever but I fought this boss in the network test and that is simply not the case in reality, in order to perform that critical hit to stun the dragon you need to do quite a few very strong attacks to knock it down and even then it simply does chunk of damage out of its gigantic health pool and then the opportunity to do that again is reset, it is a really tough and stressful fight and it took me quite a while to finally beat it
