After watching this thoughts The Smith script weapons def feel less than powerful, the back hand blade throwing weapon, Circe, could have used just a tad more range to make it more fun. The forced stealth from the abyssal woods was an interesting portion when you find the madness eyes, but agree its empty In the embrace of messmers flame 😂😂😂 Bossing is probably at its best in this DLC even with the Gaius nonsense. I think its personally an 8 for me, but I think it failed in capping it off, it just made me want more!

Love the DLC. However, a lot of the spells and weapons are more flashy than useful. I found myself going back to the base game weapons when things got tough. Except the the chicken wing (but unfortunately you can only get one per playthrough...I think...and wanted to duel-wield those). 9/10.

I love how the youtube algorithm suddenly just said "nah" to every video you upload. Id start making some phone calls man. you used to get 100k, 200k and beyond in views. Pretty sure I saw a video with like 1.8 million. Something fishy is up if you ask me.

Man puts so much damn effort in his content, it's crazy. It's mainly because he doesn't focus on one particular genre so KZread is being crazy about it. Just know Drybear, there's still people around your age that play the same variety of games as you do and really appreciate your videos.

Sometimes it's like people didn't even play the base game. Pretty much every encounter is designed in such a way that 99% of the weapons are useless in any given situation, while there are 2-3 weapons for each encounter that completely abuse their design and exploit every flaw in it. Players either have the choice to bang their heads against that wall and endure the poor boss design, or pick the correct weapon and steam roll through it. You'd expect after 3 games in this style, From would change their combat system a bit so it wouldn't restrict them so much. But if to them the whole "gaem hard, git gud" mantra excuses any flaw in their design philosophy, so be it, there's clearly enough rabid fans to snap at you for ever suggesting their combat flow ain't that great. Even with the base game, I had fun with it until I got to the final areas and decided to change my build, which completely soured my experience. It's crazy just how volatile the enjoyment of the game is based on what build you're using. For example when I did Mogh with a status repeating crossbow build I pretty much finished it in 2 tries, while the 2nd version of him I went using an Incantations only build and I think he took me like 30 tries, I couldn't get a single spell off properly.
