Yes he's playing it with Seamless coop, actually you can merge mods, i've done it once with a berserk mod but its impossible to remember how i managed to get it work

Quick question, cause I can’t seem to find anyone that had similar question as I do, but are the weapons like the sword, katana, and curve great swords suppose to be in sheathed position when you spring or walk? And when you use bow or seal two handed, is the hunter pistol suppose to show up in your hand? The weirdest one is the twin blade, because when using the twin blade, but switching to bow or seal two handed, my character still has the twin blade in his right hand, a half piece of the twin blade on his left hand, along with the hunter pistol on the left hand too. I’m facing all of this after installing the latest version correctly and I’m not sure if this is actually normal and supposed to happen.

I think they are playing with the coop mod, which let's other players join the game without the normal limitations. It also includes boss scaling, which adds health, poise, and a bit of damage to mobs and bosses for each player. Its compatible with other mods too.

Suggestion: beat elden ring as lustas and azur
