As a fan of hack n' slash games not only I instantly recognized the DMC 5 animations, but also this looks absolutely insane - in a good way

I really like that this makes your character feel like one of the bosses. I always thought it was very strange that the future Elden Lord is some random tarnished that has no real special abilities. But I could see this tarnished being a boss fight easily.

I'm glad to see people be more open minded about it in the souls community skill is valued far above everything else but it's also a highly modable game an for the effort put in I often fill like what's gained isn't enough like beating a boss has hard has Malenia should get u more than a single sword an single moveset just my opinion thanks for yourfeed back

Yeah for real this tarnished is the most powerful descendant since Godfrey himself. Edit: I'd call the in born ability Power Manipulation, the ability to manipulate any power without impediment.

I always thought about the Souls protagonists (including the Tarnished) as really skilled and/or lucky guys, imho it feels better to be skillful than crazy powerful. At the endgame I felt pretty powerful tho, Maliketh and Godfrey really makes you feel powerful after defeating them.

The combo in the beginning felt like vergil made his own variation of the dance macabre

Never played it, not once. As soon as I learned about this mod, I bought and downloaded it last week. Got the mods working and started my journey and daymn.. now I see why people loved this game. I am terribleeee at Souls games so I didn’t even attempt it before, but with this mod it basically removes stamina management and turns it into a hardcore hack and slash. And just the world and the characters are so cool, and now that I can actually enjoy it I can’t put it down haha

Love that it adds so much movement to the moveset, just wish that we had some options to tone down particle effects a bit - right now this mod is an epilepsy% speedrun

The animation/combo work is amazing, but holy shit is this OP. I feel like all these movesets should be locked behind some mechanic, like building up a combo meter to activate the ascended weapon's moveset. Something to make it feel like going Super Saiyan after struggling through a tough fight and nearly losing. That would make these crazy combos feel rewarding. But if I can just do this stuff whenever I want, I have a feeling it'd get boring really fast. Nonetheless, amazing work with the animations and traversal mechanics, it all looks really smooth and effective, not to mention flashy af

In reality, a lot of these do waaaaaay less damage then they LOOK like they’d do, so it keeps the game mostly challenging\ Plus, most bosses get C H U N K Y health buffs as well

@@That_Crackhead-yv7pg Equip a great sword, Sprint forward and hit light attack and you will go into the sword gliding animation. No ash of war needed.

Which enemy specify are you talking about? I got random results by using some ash of wars that aren't in the guide.

Dodge depends on equipment load, light load gives you the bloodhound step effect

comboing with all weapons just... makes you dante.

Does it work on the other weapons or just the default wp they gave us??

There already combined all you gotta do is change the ashofwar to the correct one keep in mind i did some experimenting some ashes of war can be changed to something different than what's recommended and you will get different results but yea all these are already combined are where you talking about all the mods I use if so lol your talking about alot of effort lol

@@GottaGoFast-br7cm there are 2 different ashes a war you can use on Bastard Sword, Forked Greatsword, Iron Greatsword, Lordsworn's Greatsword, Gargoyle's Greatsword Stamp uppercut is the one im useing here but you can also use Square Off its not technically supposed to be used but it's how I'm doing the gravity attack that kills everything

Playing this actually made Elden Ring fun for me lol. We need more games with stylish combat

A bunch lol I will make a list and post it im planning to make an instructional video but I will put out a list of what I used you can mix and match things in some situations I have a merged character witch means I have multiple mods stacked but I only displayed what the Carrion Combo Mod in the video but I did use some different ash of war's meaning different than what the Pdf instructions tell you

Some of us don't like feeling like a God from the start of the game. Takes all the challenge out of it. I do agree that more movesets are always welcome, and some ofthem can be flashy, but this mod is like being Super Saiyan 100% of the time. Even Goku had to train for years to reach that level. I feel like Souls games are meant to emulate that struggle, where you start the game off weak and everything is a threat, but by the time you reach end game, you're tearing shit up.

Just for curiosity: i created a New character, had Just killed godrick, and used this Skil to reach malenia. You can fly fotever If you keep pressing RT

I definitely prefer this version than the new version.... lot more power and ability
