Elbow Pain After a Fall - Case Report
A 35-year-old woman was brought to your clinic after falling from a ladder. She landed on an outstretched right hand and immediately reported intense pain in her right forearm and elbow. What is the diagnosis?

Had this exact injury from a fall on an outstretched hand (tripped when running on uneven pavement). Looks similar to my xray results, though I also had a dislocation. Very cool :)
Not a doc or mEd student… but was able to guess the right answer a: by knowing what pronation and supination were, then b: deduced that the pain from pronation and supination would be cause by either the radius by remembering (thumb side) or ulna ( pinky side) …. Then looking at the multiple choice options and realizing there was only one answer with distal (radius or ulna) and 2 options with proximal. 😂
I literally fell yesterday and have these symptoms. Guess I have to go to my doc 😞
