A 65-year-old woman presents with a fever and malaise which she had noticed to be progressively worsening over the past few months. Her vitals signs on arrival to your clinic are 39.2°C, HR 130, RR 32, and BP 88/50 mm Hg. She has scleral icterus on exam, along abdominal tenderness and appears disoriented and confused. What is the likely diagnosis?

    Cholangiocarcinoma isn't the malignancy of the Gall Bladder. Rather It's the malignancy of bile duct.
