Enjoy the Best of Witch’s Rock with 5 years of footage in 11 minutes. We tried to be there always at the best swells, the team was always Malakai Martinez, Dean Vandewalle, Aldo Chirinos & Tiago Carrique having fun with the barrel machine.
Film presented at the 2nd Tamarindo International Surf Film Festival.
Extended version with more waves once the channel reach 1k subscribers.

Nice job! Always thought witches would be cool spot to try, but holy smokes, u guys are ripping it and have me rethinking. It looks best on the lower tides and looks pretty shallow. Love the 🐢 and 🦌 ❤
Epic film; that edit from 3:56 on, with that instrumental, really captured the primal feeling of nature and trying to tame her, unreal! And 5 years of footage distilled into that, wow, what a treat.

A very beautiful experience - epic surfing and the emotive experience of the environment in which the surfing takes place - the music perfectly embodies the whole adventure - thanx for the trip - Back here in Perth Western Australia we are experiencing the flattest most unhappening Summer/Autumn surfing conditions in recent memory so was a pleasure to dip into this little gem of a film...💙

I surfed there 3ft and still was very fun. Offshore wind makes all the diferente. Arriba ticos!

Bravi ragazzi… super barrels, amazing footage.
My favorite wave in Costa but never have been there by boat. There a camp ground at playa Naranjo and always stayed there. Always hated when the boats showed up “insta crowd” full of gringos that think they could catch any wave they wanted cause they paid for a boat. If you want to really experience the natural beauty of the place you def have to camp there. It’s unbelievable raw beauty.

That is true, but the camp is sadly close since 2020, you can camp only with a special permission

This was dope I don't have any surfing skills but about to try and shred it this summer, I keep dreaming about going to costa rica haha
Pena Bruja. I recall one trip in the panga from Naranja, we could see great big manes blowing back from the set waves from a long way away. We got all stoked and started hooting... until we got there and realized that HOWLING offshores were blowing the huge manes back off of waist high sets :/ We were belly-riding because when you stood up you were blown back off the wave. Nice vid :)
