    I'm pretty sure those pans are bent like that intentionally so they can control how the food bunched together instead of being spaced out in the pan. Just my guess.

    Así se cosina en sartenes y parillas a fuego abierto. y no en todo revuelto en planchas mugrosas y gracienteas como la mayoría de los restaurantes Paisas en EEUU. Primeros paisas que saben para que sirven las estufas y que en realidad saben cosinar en línea y tenerla limpia y ordenada. Felicidades amigos

    They are definitely hard workers. I just came to see how a Mexican kitchen cooks food. Ive done my research and im sure those dried peppers arent supposed to be that burned because if bitterness but thats just my personal preference. Good video. Nice clean kitchen

    They had them at some point, they also throw the pans in the oven for cooking as well.

    Here I am at home with my fancy eye-watering expensive French copper pans that I meticulously polish every other week, yet I’m pretty sure I can’t cook half as well as these men with their banged up steel pans..

    I never seen a steak so beaten up in my life. Chile de árbol is way over roasted. Towel will catch fire if not careful. They need a course in sanitation.

    Ever wonder why you get that very full feeling after eating out.. During a delivery I saw a guy with his hand down his pants scratching away and we laughed saying he had crabs,,then he walks over to the broiler guy and picks up a steak for the steak salad he's making,,, slices it and arranges it on the salad real pretty bare handed We told the kitchen manager but he sent it out anyway, That was at Chris Ruth Steak House where they are considered clean..
