I've never seen a kitty that eats tomato soup, so I'm not convinced that Rose was thinking "I want that bird" when she commented about the soup. That said, I thought I was getting a hand on what ekekekk meant, but now I'm totally back in the dark. I think I better consult with my cat again. Clearly I didn't get the memo.

It’s a highly advanced communication algorithm way beyond human capacity to understand.

You know what's weird? I've literally lived with cats all of my life, in New Hampshire and Mississippi, but never saw a cat chittering till I moved to Washington state. When I first saw it I was stunned, like, What are they DOING?!

Love the cat chirps

All these cats are so adorable . The one cat that reminds me of my late cat Charlotte who was very food motivated, although she never ekekek. If I told her no to something she always listens.
