Why don't u be that shoulder for others.. Whn i was suffering and struggling there was no one there For me.. thankfully me ab thik hu.. mere bad waqt me muje jaise support ki zarurat thi, bhale hi wo support muje nahi mila, lekin maine decide kiya hai k i wl be that support for others in their bad phase.. I m already doing that, hv prevented some suicides as well.

Some parents can be violent n abusive.....that too needs to be addressed.....dv should not be normalised with "after all they are parents".....zero tolerance for abuse should be normalised

Ye baat sach hai ye bs ek phase hai..life bhar se up down to hogi he..par ander se up down nai hona..and why can’t we love ourself..thodi apni care kr lo..thoda aapne se pyar kr lo yar..life is beautiful and i really mean it..ek time phele mai he es life se nafrat krti thi..but now i realised it..life is blessing..humari existence he blessing hai..thank you life tk for spreading such a good topic🤗

I'm suffering from Depression and adjustment disorder ever since my mum died everyday i get suicidal thoughts. Im not avle to cope with these and very worried about the future. I'm not able experience joy in anything. Idk what to do

I have been politely asked to leave the job two times in my career due to pathetic management and corporate decisions. But I am glad at one time I gave support to a dear friend who had just broken up with his girlfriend of 7 years.

I guess this one is best episode among all. This teaches we have so many issues in life. But we should try to resolve not for suicide

The problem with young generation is they hv no time to talk personally even with their parents or brothers and sisters. All they do is to stick to their electronic gadgets. That's why they feel depressed in young age.Talking freely with dear and near one's will solve defnitely most of the problems.

In the end shouldn't he have called the Police or called the Hospital for mental health support? Never take a suicidal person lightly because a few weeks later , they will try to take their life again.

This video made me so emotional especially when he said he used to argue with his Dad and one day suddenly he lost his Dad. I used to argue with my Mom over very silly things..one day suddenly 3 years ago.. she had cardiac arrest and she passed away...I regret so much about the unnecessary arguments I had with my Mom..even if I loved her and will always love her very much. The guy in this video acts very well
