I am trying to give some solutions for women's safety at night:- 1- Each & every Women need to be strong and brave(without just giving lectures on maa kali, jhansi ki rani, take real inspiration from them)*self defense skills & tools should be mandatory for every women 2-We need more and more women outside home at night, bcz only few do so, they r easily targeted,We need majority of women at night to change the scenery 3-Roaming at night in drunken state should be illegal 4-We need to make the moral education mandatory in schools or educational institutes( For all the students whether it's male, female or trans) from primary stage(throughout the country) Agree guys?? Edit: Glad to see ur support...Now we have to make the real implementation together

For people who are confused : She worked there and was returning from night shift and died in accident when someone was chasing her she was running...And her soul was there and couldn't see the same happen with another women so she helped her.

I kinda guessed it she could be a spirit from the conversation they had. Again, beautiful concept and applaud worthy presentation. Night shift is never easy for women and one can take solace from the fact that companies provide their own cabs for night shift employees and especially for girls they ensure absolute safety. In fact they do not onboard anyone coming on their own transport as they do not want to take risk on their safety.

@@shreyarajputsingha4071 Absolutely and self defense can be a starter but then not everyone can access self defense skill as there are many who may not be able to afford the training and there might be many who just doesn't have time for the same .. The other option is cops at every junction.. Which can make women feel a little confident on road. Having said it, I'm happy that at least companies have taken an initiative towards it and they are making every possible effort to ensure safety for their night shift women employees.

@@manishapatnaik6677 But I just think why self defense or why cops or why even cabs....and any speciality for women??Why can't women feel confident and safe without any external help just like men...Why can't we make such a society??but in case of self defense I think that should be mandatory for every one regardless of gender(Without showing excuses)
