Ceramic coating will mark down engine bay temps. Maybe, put some washers to raise the hood on both corners.

have you thought about oil foaming, change for an aftermarket oil pan that holds more oil and prevents a washing machine of oil when on the circuit track.
probably too late to ask this but i’ll try anyway. how did you end up getting the garbage out of the hole after you drilled it out?
