I think sometimes this bugged but in another playthrough not
After about 10 attempts, "Star-Cross'd Lovers Script" is still not available in the store. What am I doing wrong?

Hey I have it, but I think you can only buy it on Seign not Nowa. Not sure

It has a 30% chance and I literally went to watch a video to see if I'm even doing it right myself, lol. I've been keeping the game stationary for 10 game hours and checking in on it every 30mins. I still haven't seen it.
Do I have to leave town or can I wait outside the shop for 30-45 minutes
