Wasn't she already accepted at the school she was going to? Second semester senior year is for cruising, tbh. She just needed to not fail so she could graduate. Lots of seniors don't even do most days and the ones the do leave at lunch.

I really don't want to criticize, but Christina has not been receiving proper vocal training for NEAR even long enough in this clip to be getting a major audition & likely the only reason she did, was because of being on Laguna Beach & networking. That woman who did the audition with her was EXTREMELY kind in regards to what she said & how she said it... the fact that she said "you would've been cut off 2 minutes ago...", wasn't just about the song length; you could see it in her face; she was NOT enthused by what she was hearing & while Christina has presence, she does NOT have the chops.
