Sunak preparing himself for a shot at PM from the moment he entered the cabinet. ALL of them, bar Hunt willingly sucked up to Boris and lied to the public for him. They all supported the "Oven ready" withdrawal bill which included the Northern Ireland protocol which all of them (with the possible exception of the pro EU but reluctantly wears brexiteer clothes to stay in a job Hunt) are now rubbishing that very agreement they voted for! I don't like or trust Jeremy Hunt but he's probably the most pragmatic (i.e. not a deranged, swivel eyed rabid brexiteer) and 'cleanest' candidate of the whole rotten bunch.

Sounds good but the voters all have short memories. Also I don't think that Labour will be winning a outright majority with right wing starmer in charge. He is as far from being a Labourite as was Blair. He told all his front benchers to not picket with mick lynch. And he purged all the left from the party. Vote lib dems I guess. I've decided to not watch the news anymore, so I'll never know which one gets elected.

The bulk of the problems facing this country stem from one thing - the downward spiralling economy. But Brexit means that we're trying to tackle that problem with one hand tied behind our back, and one foot caught in brambles. It'll be impossible to grow the economy to a significant degree with a pro-Brexit government. Time to tell the public they were conned, and reverse the more damaging aspects of Brexit.
