    You are welcome Arnelle, I used 3 cups of egusi I don't know if I convert to grams if it will be the same in this case

    mylifeas favour yummmyyyyyyy!!!! Yes oo dat bush pepper, we cannot do without it!!! I also add in sm crayfish into mine n it tastes great!!!

    thanks for the video really helpful. I wonder which definition for pudding you are using but if you check again you will see there are different types of puddings and that's why we have even corn pudding. This is just one of the definitions so you might want to check your own definition again. (any of various soft thick unsweetened baked dishes; "corn pudding")

    Thanks for the contribution Lady Nella, I just checked again and you are right there are several types of pudding. I always thought a pudding to be more liquid in consistency but google just gave me some thick looking puddings. So well this could pass for a pudding then

    Yes it's possible, préparation is the same, and put all in cakepan, preheat oven and bake like cake. It just looks a little brown that the steamed version

    Sure you can add some crayfish. I think you can omit the eggs but I will be curious to know how it turns out for you:-)

    I use a very old moulinex blender this is the name I got 'Ancien moulin à café Moulinex'. Will show you in a subsequent video
