Yes, got it about this time last year for my birthday. It is the nices bag I've ever had!! I love being able too take it bank fishing, my boat and it makes it pretty easy to unload my tackle into my h crate. And all the storage in the bag is truly made for a fisherman!

I have had mine for a year now and absolutely love this bag!!! The top can also be used as a cooler.

Really appreciate the review. I ended up getting the Lews backpack but your detailed analysis helped point me towards the Lews.

Really great review, especially the end where you differentiate between a good boat bag vs pond hopping. I’m looking for a bag I can use as boat bag but also occasionally walk around the lake. I’m leaning towards the Lews backpack that jeff reviewed because it seems to have more storage for the boat but I could still carry around.

I own and use this bag. It's a beast. I use the Plano edge boxes. Travel up to 9 miles with this thing loaded up with 27 lbs. Of tackle. BTW, IM 65 YRS OLD. Great bag.

I put the plano edge in mine as well. I have had mine for a year now and absolutely love it!!! It's my go to bag.

I have the EGO TECH bag and backpack. Absolutely great products! Great review! Great construction and durability. Definitely worth the price tag. The included tackle boxes are not the best, but ok. I load mine up with Plano Edge boxes. Awesome pack all in all if you're looking for one. I'm currently getting one set up for ice fishing here in Michigan. Hope you guys all have a great winter and catch a ton of fish! I will try.

I have the Ozark Trails back pack. It pretty much the same set up. The top portion is insulated, so it can be used as a cooler, if you need to keep things cold. Such as catfish bait, drinks, sandwiches,ect. No mollie strips, unfortunatly, but it does have more storage space than I will ever need, on my bank fishing trips. But, I keep alot of gear in it, none the less.

I bet you could fit 4 regular Plano boxes in there easy. The edge and buzbe are just slightly bigger I think. I really like how it stands up straight even when empty. Cool bag!

I like the bag, but it's a little big for me. That's something I might take with me on a boat, or a bait and wait situation. If I'm on foot, I want a sling bag. 2-3 3600 size boxes is plenty for me. Molle webbing and D-rings are a must! Thanks for the review, it was very good.👍

I use the bag for co-angling with friends on their boats.. setting up the backpack for ice fishing. 👍

Liquid mayhem has a bag out that fits the 3700 size boxes horizontal and I love it but it is a big bag

Overall a nice looking and heavy duty bag. I wish they would have made the pockets either clear view, or with elastic sides In order to see easier into the pockets. At least where the flaps overlaps could have been clear for quick visual location.

I got a samurai tactical bag from Dick’s Sporting Goods last year. I like it, and it serves my style very well.

I have never had a backpack tackle bag but I’m thinking about getting one

They are really nice. Holds your gear. Toss some drinks in. Keeps your hands free to hold rods. I love mind when I'm walking the bank.

I’m trying to decide between this and the lews Mach. EGO $119, LEWS $129. This has somewhat better water bottle support than the Lews, but doesn’t have a dedicated sunglasses pocket or plier holder.

What size plank edge were those

kinda liking this better then the Lews mach bag descisons descisons! LOL

I use a regular backpack. It holds all my lures, etc.

I'm in the market for a new bag myself, I've been scouring Amazon for a couple weeks looking for the right one. I currently use a little MOLLE sling bag, one that I've had for years, but it's a little small and I've outgrown it. That one in the vid is a bit big for my needs though, I need a good middle ground. And at most, half that price. The search continues...

@@paulglass7268 Ah, if I'd seen this sooner. I finally found something that had everything I wanted and it came in yesterday. I stuck with the "tacticool" molle type bag, but bigger than the sling I was using. I can fit a lot more in it, and it has the features I was looking for. I think I'm happy with it!

Will 3700s fit horizontally in this bag? I know it says and comes with the 3600s just wondering if you could make 3700s fit that way.

we don't fish salt, so I don't think we can contribute much there

There were a lot of things that I like but the deal breaker for me was that it did not have a rod holder on the side.

The ozark trail back pack is a great one, I’ve been using it for about 3 months. I’ve either outgrown it or I try to take too much tackle with me 🥴🤣

I have the okeechobee fats backpack Great but looking to upgrade since it doesn’t hold boxes horizontally but it does have rod holders any opinion ?

Yeah I agree I had for 2 years haven’t used the rod holder feature it was nice at the time but thanks for the review! I’m definitely buying it for the space I have a lot of tackle that I can fit into this backpack! I’ll trade the rod holder feature for more space
