Very nice cake. I have a query about hand blender some videos say that hand blender should be more than 300 Watt. Is it so? My second query is, is the temperature of OTG n convection microwave different? Can we bake the cake on same temperature in both ovens? Awaiting for your reply.

Every company's Convection microwave bakes cake on different temperatures..Try baking at minimum temperature, gradually increase if needed.. that's my experience and opinion..
