INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
¾ CUP MILK
1 CUP SUGAR
¼ CUP OIL
½ CUP COCOA
1 TSP VANILLA
BLEND
POUR ON A BOWL
1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
½ TSP BAKING POWDER
¼ TSP BAKING SODA
¼ TSP SALT
SIEVE
MIX WELL
4 OIL GREASED CUP
½ CUP BATTER FOR EACH
POUR SOME BOILED WATER
PLACE THE CUPS IN PAN
COVER WITH A CLOTH
PLACE THE LID
STEAM IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT FOR 10 MIN.
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
CLEAR THE EDGES
¼ CUP HOT HEAVY CREAM
1 CUP GRATED CHOCOLATE
POUR OVER THE CAKES
CHOCOLATE CHIPS
