I made it and it came out same as irs and it taste like tuffle cake of makket... and all credit goes to you plus the measurements simple way you gave. Please either use same measurement way or in grams or use one kind of cup for all measurements....I am thinking of buying wight kicthen scale machine Thankyou💟❤️

Thanks for the recipe I tried this and it came out great. My idli maker was different so I used water and I didn't have cocoa powder so I used half spoon coffee powder. It also took less time

Hello Hello I tried this recipe with same measurements. It turned out soft and fluffy. However the taste was not as expected. It was devoid of sugar or for that matter any taste. Also since I used the salt baking method , it also tasted od burned salt. Is there something that I have missed to consider? Not sure..

yes!! you can steam on stove place the idli palette on a wire stand and steam in pre-used salt, you have to steam it for 10-12 mins for more detailed instructions you can visit my channel, there you can find the full detailed recipe

I tried to make with the proper measurements as mentioned but it did not work. It was liquid form . Proper consistency couldn't be made with these ingredients something is missing.

@@maryamzafar2533 with the help of measuring spoon only I tried but it seems the 7 spoons of milk is more as when the mixture was prepared it was in liquid form so i had to mix flour more becz of that its sweetness reduced
