SIMPLE EGG FRIED RICE AT HOME / EGG FRIED RICE / EGG FRIED RICE CHINESE STYLE / ကြက်ဥ / ဘဲဥ / ထမင်းကြော် ကြော်နည်း
*Ingredients:*
- Boiled Rice - 1 bowl,
- Egg - 3 nos,
- Garlic fine chopped - 2-3 nos,
- Onion fine chopped - 1 nos,
- Carrot fine diced - 1TBSP,
- Green Bean fine diced - 1TBSP,
- Salt to taste,
- Chicken powder ​1 TSP,
- Salty Soy Sauce - 1/2 TBSP,
- Sweet Soy Sauce - 1/2 TBSP,
- Oyster Sauce - 1/2 TBSP,
- Peanut Oil - 3 TBSP,
*Instructions:*
1. Chop the carrots, green beans, garlic, and onion.
2. Break the eggs and then separate the yolks and whites of 3 eggs.
3. Mix the boiled rice with chicken powder, salt, soy sauce, and egg yolks.
4. Heat a wok or large pan over medium-high heat and add peanut oil.
5. Add the egg whites, chopped carrots, green beans, garlic, and onion, and sauté..
6.Add the mixed rice and sauté until fragrant .
