you can use any kind of oil you may have, spray or not the specific kind hardly ever matters for any recipe whatsoever. but definitely do not use PAM or any kind of spray with an aerosol repellent in it. it will cause your non-stick cookware to no longer have its non stick qualities and is just bad for your health in general. Recently we picked up a normal spray bottle made by Evo and filled that with e.l. olive oil (my preference) but you can use whatever oil you want and we use that in place of "sprays".
