Wow. I had none of this in the U.K. 35 yrs ago. I had to work it all out by myself The National Curriculum came in but still no details and instructions how to implement etc etc. My life would have been so much easier.

Assessment for Learning (AfL) - sharing learning goals, formative feedback, peer and self-assessment, and the formative use of summative tests.

I believe SEN is extremely important. As teachers we need get a degree for teaching SEN students ? Would that lead to better chances of recruitment in UAE?

It’s indeed important Neha and all the schools have Inclusion departments to provide support to all the teachers. It’s not a mandate to have any SEN education previously but it can definitely add great value to CV if you have it.

Hi Simran! Previously, the minimum salary required to sponsor parents was AED 20,000. Now, if ex-pats have a monthly salary of AED 10,000, they can sponsor up to five individuals. The regulation, which came into effect on October 3, 2022, has simplified the process of obtaining residence permits and sponsoring kin.

@@StringsNStrokes thank you so much❤️ Bas ek aur question Kya fir unhe jab tak hum yahan rehte hai tab tak rakh sakte hai unhe vapis jaane ki jaroorat nahi Aur agar husband aur wife dono ki salary AED 10,000 ke upar toh iska matkab dono 5-5 sponser kar sakte hai
