    Great presentation as always. It's hard to be an elite robot, but to be a mid to high tier robot all you have to do is follow this advice. (I also loved the callout of the >$200 motor)

    22:00 speaking of chokehold strategies and changing of rules, our team, 766, implemented the bumper system because in 2005 there was a bunch of robots that would fall over easily, so we decided to make a wedge that would push all the other robots over, and we made it to Einsteins got knocked out in the semifinals.

    @@yolomcswag0 yeah. There’s an old video called “Gracious Professionalism” where a compilation of our team knocking over other robots. While it wasn’t technically illegal, it was definitely messed up and I we even dropped a game piece on a human player. Obviously, we’ve tried to move away from then, and most of our team members weren’t even born when that happened, though I do somewhat admire the innovative-ness (and how that’s the best we’ve ever done), despite being really messed up.
