    Build a relationship is the number one key in any aspects, not only for kids but for everyone. The strategies that you gave is very good and it's a good procedure to check the behaviour of the kids.

    I usually spend 2-3 days for my classroom set-up but before the prior school year ends, I made sure I started putting up things I need.
