For some reason, I feel Dune 2 will be the one that wins that fight. Dead Reckoning and Beyond the Spiderverse will be fighting for 4th place. 2nd place is also Dune 2 btw, because it doesn’t have any of the issues those previously mentioned two have in the slightest.

Regarding the Godzilla discussion around 30:00 , the Japanese movies have varied a lot in Godzilla’s relationship to humanity, ranging from him showing up deliberately to ‘punish’ humanity all the way to having little kids cheer him on like a superhero. Usually he’s somewhere in between, a force of nature that can save or destroy depending on the situation

I was the one who recommended Sins vs Wins on EEAAO and yeah I went back and listened to the whole sins video and it gets... different half way through. Apparently it was their 1000th movie they've sinned, so it makes sense that it would be very celebratory, but the first half is pretty much what you'd expect from them and they make their normal terrible points, ones I've seen actually echoed by people who dislike the film, but I see why it wouldn't work now. My bad, stay long, massives!

I think something mid-but-fun like Van Helsing or Mummy Returns would be the best. Enough Good and Tism for both to have a fighting chance based on how they decide to argue it.

@@Darkstar_Dayne he's an MCU Stan, also most of his counters towards cinema sins' rare accurate criticisms are "it's in the comics" or "they explain it in the comics" completely ignoring that they're completely different timelines/universe's (literally stated in the MCU) as well as having the mindset of "it's in the comics so it's good" I'm no cinemasins fan but even they deserve better than these kind of counters

Fringgy mentioned the car scene in war of the worlds. I remember seeing that as a kid, and it creeped me out so much I walked out and didn't finish the movie. It's funny, I liked a lot of horror movies, even at that age, but something about that scene in particular really bothered me.

If you want a simple video editor that runs good on low-spec PC's, I'd suggest OpenShot Video Editor. Just make sure to set your preview window to a lower quality so your computer can keep up. I tried Davinci Resolve, but if you have a gaming laptop you have to select which graphics card the program uses, because if you have it set up to allow the program to choose, the software won't run correctly.

When MI2 was produced i heard that there was a 3hr+ cut but the test audiences found it too confusing and complicated so they cut it to pieces for the release. Does anyone know if that is true or was o it just some random rumor at the time?

The only mission impossible film i like enough to rewatch is the first one. Fallout is okay but i never have an inclination to rewatch it. I can barely remember the others aside from 2 which is terrible and three which was meh at best.
