What a treat going through that place! I have an old hairdryer KM hair dryer with a. Wooden handle. I think it’s from the ‘60s? You’d probably dry your hair faster if someone blew on your hair threw a straw! No wonder the ladies back in the day would say they couldn’t go out because they had to wash their hair! Lol

Your very smart to move out of California! We moved out in the summer of 1961. We never looked back because it was to hot to live in the desert and California is a big desert!

What am amazing home! I wanted everything. 😁 I laughed out loud when you said, "Thrifted!" I say it EXACTLY like that when I get compliments on whatever I'm wearing, be it shoes, clothing, purses, jewelry, coats, etc...(95% of which is exactly that: Thrifted!). I take pride in dressing well on a small budget. It makes my Dutch heart happy.

Hi Dawn the cat and mouse is an ear ornament that you hang over your earlobe, and it will look like the cat is chasing the mouse around your ear. I have one in silver! Super cute.

I think the scent bottles once held "L aire du Temps " by Nina Richee ,I think stretching back to its first edition in the 1930 s or before .It still sold and worn today .One of the French perfumers ,Coty or Gurlian rings a bell .

What a delightful romp into my childhood. That was one glam lady. The earrings are amazing. The kitchen! I remember when my dad's boss turned his basement into a Rec Room. We were given the same little First Communion prayer books ( in English) in first grade. A movie production company should swoop in and purchase everything.

Time warp is right. Nothing looks purchased new. How can anyone live in a time warp like that? Amazing and crazy at the same time. Everything is fabulous. My mom wore L'air du Temps as well. Wish I kept her original Lalique flacon after she passed. I got one through an auction just so I could remember her scent, but turned out to be plastic not the glass I had hoped for. Still nice to have her scent
