Man, Contrabass trombone is so cool... Honestly, brass in general is just so cool (I'm a euphonium player studying music education at college, but I also play a bit of trombone, trumpet, and tuba)

This instrument is definitely a lot of work, but after a few months and a small equipment change, it’s getting to be easier!

How much does a contra liek that run you? Looks like a beast!

This one is a pretty unique one, but I got it for a pretty good deal. Typical good contras nowadays are $9k or more. I am not aware of any company that still makes these kinds of horns?

What is the make of your contra?

There is no brand, so this probably was a project horn from an apprentice in Vienna back in the 1960’s

Every version of the trombone looks the same but bigger or smaller
