This is a very moving song; I first heard it on Transparent and that's when I became aware of this group of performers, whom I find wonderful. I want to give a particular shout out to the lead guitarist here.

Hi, I reason I am commenting here is to pray. Please God, make to able to love someone this beautifully. I hope to come here, when I will have experience of moments something like this. Why can't love these days be this pure? The answer is in me and you. I am sitting in my cosy bed, watching this heavenly video. It honestly gives me so much hope. Me too! I have been homeless and this is just hitting me so hard....but it is beautifull, i know what it feels like to make yourself at home on the streets with stuff that others discarded...and to find love on the streets. I am so happy i am not the only one so touched by this video !

My cousin Nicole Embry is married to Aaron Embry, he was a former guitarist/singer songwriter for Edward Sharpe. And they had a little girl named Mayla. While they were visiting us here in Washington state (they live in California) Mayla started feeling sick, so they brought her to a doctor where she was diagnosed with Leukemia. They took her home to her doctor who said the same thing. I have never gotten to ask Aaron but I believe this is dedicated to my little cousin Mayla. I know they did have a benefit concert in her name which you can find here on youtube, if you search Mayla Embry concert, not sure if Edward Sharpe played though.

I think that the tracks were just metaphorical. Like, they've only got so much time left, and (yet/despite that,) they're making the best of it. Anyone else think something similar?

My dad is 92 and my mom is 82. He has known her since she was 9. He told me one day the first time he saw her, he knew she was going to be his wife! Mind you he was 18. He went to the army came back waited still til she was I believe 19. My oldest sister lives with them now. They will be a Romeo and Juliet story, I can't see them ever apart! I stayed single cause I have never felt how they LOOK! Yes, that kind of love is a gift.
