found this band yesterday, binge watches this performance all day today
This whole set is a musical masterpiece. Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros were magical when they were together, I was so sad when I found out they broke up. I keep coming back to listen to "I Don't Want to Pray" and "Child" ... even after 9-10 years. Absolutely beautiful music.
I saw them live for the first time a couple of months ago. I waited outside by their buses to meet the band afterwards and they were all very nice. Jade came out last - I ended up waiting for about two hours to meet her. When she came out and saw the last few of us remaining outside, she came up to me and saw how cold I was and instantly put her scarf around me, gave me a huge hug, and thanked me. Jade is definitely a very, very happy and blessed person.

You're a fucking creep, lad. Just go home. Jade has no issues with you. Nor do you know if she is or isn't blessed.

Jade's voice is amazing
This band is on another level... They just give off an awesome vibe all around...
Everytime the bell goes off in Man on Fire in the chorus I think my downloads are complete.
"Man on fire" this time was even much better than their originals.
The interviews are fun the first few times, but I keep coming back for the music, which starts at: Man on Fire: 0:46 I Don't Want to Pray: 5:51 Child: 13:05 Mother: 17:36

Seeing this is beautiful. To see the sincere smiles, the love for what they're doing, the unity, the kindness. Truly a wonderful sight.
there's something very captivating about this band…no matter which song they're singing.
Do you know this feeling that you want to listed the same songs over and over again....I just don`t get enough of them. Makes me want to travel again and share love
Love this band. Great to see some real soul happening.

Sitting in a cafe last Friday I found myself liking each song that was played over the PA. When I asked the staff who was playing, they said it was all Edward Sharpe. I am hooked. It is so lovely to hear great singing and Real instruments being played.
There are very few groups that give me the enjoyment that this group does.
"Twelve is the number, yeah." I love the vibe thoroughly.
I'm discovering them! I'm just stunned!!! They're amaaaaaaazing! I just fell in Love!
I don't want to pray and I don't want to stop listening to this song on repeat.
I just love this band. Everything about them is great. Really brings me back to a happier time. Can't explain it.
One of the few female singers to actually give me goosebumps, soulful!

That song Mother made me cry. So tender and beautiful. There's not many bands where I can say I love every song they write but it's true with these guys.
I hope everyone in the world finds friends who are as close as these people are. And clearly, having friends of this magnitude leads to beautiful things.

MY BEST CONCERT ON KEXP
To me and my heart, was and is my moon Mom. She knows how to speak to me and still loves me everyday. I feel so 🍀
When I first heard "I don't wanna' pray" on the radio I thought it was a advert song about a car and he was singing "I love my car" so I turned it off at the beginning cause I didn't want to hear about how much a guy loves his car that he wants you to buy. But then I heard "home", loved it and bought the album. Then realised hey they sing that "car" song. Found out it was "God" and wasn't a song trying to sell a car, so then I liked it.
Thanks for sharing life with us and we will search for the perfect gift to go on my beautiful fringe partisan
Everyone should pray
This is really nice! They seem like pretty laid back people. I want to hang out with them!

Thank! You memory from before for shearing this with me 😀🖐️👽
my favourite version of Man on Fire, easy bridge (didgeridoo difficult to replicate) and second part without singing an octave higher as in more recent versions
