I can't agree more. 200% right. This is the man who is speaking starting from childhood, through n through till today, gained wisdom from societal traumatic experiences, education and harsh truth. Our elders have given crutches to the kids, esp to boys. We r making them further handicapped. We want to see them best and strong in every way, yet we don't train them for the same purpose. we believe that the kids are already polished jewels that they have to take care of. We forget that they need cutting and polishing and pass through all hardships to becomes a jewel.
