EDTW: failed diet, monthly misery

I'm so tired of this cycle so I'm deciding to try loosing weight healthily because i don't even think i have ed :)

    I binged today. Even tho it’s technically within my calorie limit I just hate the feeling of food in me and how bloated I get. Also, you are really pretty!

    Don’t worry about it too much. It’s good thing you ate, I understand how it is when it happens but remember that you shouldn’t be upset over a small mistake! Bloating is normal and it’s hard not to be… I did binge two days ago aswell so I know how it feels!

    Thank you so much! And please don't be harsh just know our bodies burn way more than we eat especially since we have a low cal limit even our 'binges' do not reach the normal intake. Your body needs the food. So enjoy it while you're having and maybe go for a walk it'll help with the feeling after!

    Hey! I just wanted to pop in and say that you are enough. You are too young, beautiful, kind, and unique to put so much stress on the way your body looks! Life is short and you have such a life ahead of you. Do what truly makes your soul happy and at peace. Trust me, I’ve wasted years of my life I’ll never get back to stressing over my diet and body and I put my own health in danger for it. I’m on the road to recovery and while it is challenging it’s so worth it for a life of freedom. I know everyone is different but I just wanted you to know that you are worth so much more than your appearance! I’m glad you are trying to loose weight in a more healthy way, in the long run it will be way more sustainable! Sending you so much love!!! 🫶🏻

    I’m on a roller coaster these days . Last week I was restricting a lot and barely ate but these past few days I’ve been kind of binging. I really feel horrible and I went back again to restricting. But I really hope your doing ok 🥲💕

    It's been going on the same for me. I let myself have a good binge with good food and things that i like. Now I'll be going on 'healthy' eating 3 meals but in small quantities. Try that and then try one day fast. You'll be good to go. But please do consider recovering 🤍 i hate giving out such tips but i know that it's better to feel in control and proud rather than guilt and disgust

    i always have this binging and restricting cycle too, but after switching to OMAD i never had any cravings or hunger pangs. It was insane like i have tried diff diets from kpop diet, iu diet, no carbs etc but this one really worked for me. It was hard during the first month but my body got used to it. I consume up to 1000cal in one seating, but if im not hungry i will eat less than 1000cal but not everyday.

    My metabolism is slow af even before doing this OMAD diet but I lost 8kg in 2 months w/o exercise. I developed self control too when it comes to food.

    I think the best advice i can give you is stop counting calories and do portion control instead. At least that worked for me and helped me going from bmi 22.8 to being bmi 17.4 Ik is hard but trust me that things get better ! i rlly hope you're doing well rn💖

    I got my period back. Ik how much it sucks it makes me want to die like I have so many suicidal thoughts now (but it’s not the main cause lol)
