Do edts have more alcohol than oil

Edp is low projection, long lasting 6-8 hours. Edt is high projection, not long lasting 3-6 hours

Which ones do you apply for winter and summer?

EDP last much longer. EDT lasts long enough but performs well. It's also cheaper if you care about the money.

Parfum Is a little sweeter, if you ask me. And last almost 2 days on my skin

So parfum would be more stronger? At least sauvage.?

Usually Parfums have more oil and less alcohol. The alcohol is what makes it push off the skin so it project's more and evaporates faster. More oil concentration usually causes it to sit closer to the skin and last longer. EDP is in between so you typically get a smoother scent than EDT but not as smooth as the Parfum, also doesn't last as long as the Parfum. This may not be the case 100% of the time.
