What is the property tax rate in this community?

Effective property tax rate in Oklahoma is .87% of the assessed property value, although every county/city will have additional tax on top of that, which will vary. In the OKC metro, that is usually around 1.1% - 1.35% combined tax rate. I would guess this being an Oklahoma City proper community (not Edmond, even though Edmond public schools), would fall somewhere in the middle of that range. Hope that helps!
