I liked that you didn’t clutter the video up with useless chatter!! I appreciated just watching the creative process in real-time. Some videos have too much dialogue which distracts from the purpose of this form of tutorial. Well done. Thank you!!

Great video, I am currently trying to get the grips with resolve. I noticed you filmed in 60 FPS but I didn't see you change the speed to 40%? Also on a couple of clips just above the clip is stated 'Speed change', how did you achieve this as I did see any menu options for this?? Sorry for the questions, but this FPS really does confuse me.

I need to draw an animated box around a property to show the boundary. Can you advise on how to do this in Resolve or make a quick video?

Hi Jordan, how much do you generally charge a realtor for one of these simple social media video filmed on an Iphone? I'm about to get my new Iphone 14, and I was thinking about starting to create similar videos. I'm in south Texas. Thanks in advance!

It is really going to depend on the market where you are. It is different where I am. $250 is our stating price.

Hi there! I actually donthe exact same thing, so film in 60fps and drop in on the 24fps timeline (with clip attributen etc) however when I export the footage my movie looks jittery and it stutters in some party of the movie. How Come your footage looks so smooth? Any tips on how to solve this?

Hmm. I think I would need to see an example of what you are referring to. Could be your shooting technique too? If you are shooting at too low of a frame rate that could also cause it.

Funny. You can tell photo/video guys are not audiophiles. You should always download WAV vs MP3. It’s the audio equivalent of JPG vs RAW. ;)

100% disagree with you. This is low-budget mobile video for social media - one of the first things I said in this video, lol. Literally nobody on earth except audiophiles are going to ever think about that. Also, I went to school for audio engineering - I thoroughly understand the difference ;)

@@JRDNPWRS Why not download the highest audio resolution you can while you have the chance? I don't see the relevance. Eventually you will have a gazillion high res music clips, all in original hi-res WAV quality. You can always output as mp3 from there. We don't actually output RAW photos to clients either. We all send final compressed jpgs. Same thing. It's about the latitude the high res files give you if you need it. Not the final submitted content. Why not?

Do notice that your video is a bit choppy ? I edit on Davinci as well and I have the same issue and I don't know why it has this jitter to it. Do you see it or is it just me?
