Edi Cutting King River Vic

In this video, we went to Edi Cutting (free camp) next to the King River in Victoria, over the long Easter weekend. Apart the very heavy rain on the first day (see how the Cub Drifter handled it), it was a great weekend, with a visit to the local winery King River Estate Wines for food, live music and of course wine.

Thanks heaps for your comments. It was really only one day of heavy rain, and the rest of the weekend was great. Good spot we will be heading back there in the future. Thanks for watching too

We generally check out the water ways first, and generally keep them out of deep and fast moving water. As for snakes we only seen about 4 snakes over the last 15 years. Generally well used campsites and waterholes are too noisey for snakes. Most are shy and try to keep away from people. Always look about first. Hope that helps.
