You know what's always been great about Edge interviews? His passion for seeing other people's stuff! You can tell he is just as much a fan of the business as anyone. He was more interested to see the story unfold, then for his potential part in it. He always has that attitude too. Always happy to see when someone is doing well. Love it. Such a cool guy.

He's doing fine. He does lots of different shows. Impact, roh, uk indies etc etc He's still on good terms with vince too so we may see him again in the future.

Szilágyi Péter Honestly, Drew is the closest thing to them. He is from their era(at least the middle stage, he debuted in 2006 I believe) him winning the rumble was how he got to reinvent himself from his formerly permanent mid card stage.

@sam569 I don’t think it would’ve worked in the Attitude Era tbh. Why? Because there would be controversy about him being a modern Rod Piper especially since Rod was still wrestling during the time. It was basically gimmick infringement which I’m pretty sure is illegal in the Wrestling World. But I agree he does have the look, the only problem is that he isn’t being booked right which is why he was better on the Indies.

I think 01 was the best, with it becoming hardcore, Kane dominated with 11 out buy his hands, guitars smashed over heads, trash cans, street signs. Austin getting owned and bloodied by HHH upon entering, then going on to beat the Rock and Kane for the win. Just amazing. 06, Mysterio and HHH was a close second, with the Eddie G. RIP tribute. And then I actually liked 09, a lot didn't, but I thought the Orton, Cody, Debiase alliance was cool.

Weird how we are here today. Edge returned in the 2020 Royal Rumble.

Maybe as a guest commentator or spectator but never will he compete in the ring. I wish he could return to fight but that won't ever happen. It sucks but I'm glad he got his health and life, that's more important.

@@JMEAUS22 The audio was not fine, there is obvious wind noise from the fan near them whenever he puts to mic to Edge. Wouldn't you agree, Moe, that two mics would have been easier and turned out better? It would easily solve the 'needing to aim it better' problem and the rumble whenever he moves the mic back and forth. You would think that if they can afford to get a famous pro wrestler onto the show they could afford a second microphone, right? Just my opinion.

I’ve been in a few rumbles on the indies and they are a nightmare when it comes to planning, I can’t imagine in the WWE. Love watching them, hate being in them
