Highly recommended over my older strategy with the Bunkers. That strange structure blocks Pepsiman's view, so you can hide from him. If you're lucky, he can completely lose track of you and you can sneak around in his back. It also seems that he does his dive attack less often. Normally, the 2nd group of Aliens is the difficulty spike of this mission. But with ZEXR and ZEX, they posed no threat. The NPCs spawn a certain time after the 2nd Alien group.
Pepsiman is invincible at the start till the end of his first attack, during summoning, transformations and certain dialog. Phases cannot be skipped, only his 3rd form can be killed.
