One of them is "Poison Ivy", song written in 1957 by the Leiber-Stoller tandem, made a hit originally by The Coasters and covered by about everybody in the second half of the 20th century (including a memorable version by the early Rolling Stones). Officially, the song refers to a heartbreaking woman; however, the alleged subtext openly deals with the inconvenients of getting to intimate with promiscuous women, hence the "itches" mentioned in the lyrics. Pretty daring topic for that time!
