We need to get Jim Irsay on the case. The man has plenty of cash to spare. Jason deserves to not have to worry about getting through everyday life.

If just any of us suscribers here in Norman Rare Guitars would gave 5 dollars making a crowdfunding, Jason could keep the guitar that Eddie gave him with so much love. I think he’d be very happy to have that special gift with him again. Money for his medical care, the guitar for his soul care.

Jason was the best guitarist I’ve ever heard and still is such an amazing composer. I’m stoked to have his numbers guitar from kiesel. It’s killer! Eddie was such a huge inspiration as well, what an amazing piece of music history.

It's amazing the bond that some of the musicians have with each other even though they haven't spent much time around each other. Definitely a brotherhood. It was a beautiful moment that David Edward met Jason and it'll be an even greater moment to know that he's taken care of longer from this. My thoughts are with Jason and the family at this time.

THE COMMENTS about Ed being an humble n good guy are great n had me thinking here about this vid(God bless JB btw). But here when Edward was doing his slap funk thing and the tapping with, that "humbleness" n kid like frustration came out in him. Who(that didn't know) would think back when Edward had jus blistered that arrangement some 10yrs prior in front of 18,000 screaming fans on the Live w/o A Net VHS/DVD concert! It now is among one of the most Reaction videos out there. He jus tore it up for some 13+ minutes! Way to go Ed and way to go Jason! Two giant guitar players. One being the King and the other being his virtuoso apprentice! Rock on everyone

Eddie knew great talent and was generous to other guitarists. Can’t help but remember the sad story of Dimebag asking if Eddie could get him a copy of the bumblebee Frankenstrat, but soon after Dimebag was murdered on stage. Eddie came to the memorial with the original bumblebee and had them put that in the casket because “he was an original and he deserved the original.”

I own (formerly owned) Michael Lemmo’s formerly EVH USA stealth! But wow what a great great video guys.

If I had enough money to buy this guitar to help Jason I would’ but even if I had a million dollars to spend on this guitar to help Jason I would but I feel that if I could I would want to give more’ this is one of the most heart warming things in the music community and beyond and it’s so rad that people can come together to help support such a special person as Jason’ I just really wish that I could’ but I struggle to even keep our bills paid because of my insignificant illness’ but I k ow that there are some good hearted people out there that will give what they can to help support Jason and keep such a promising talent as his around for as many years as possible’ I wish Jason and his family all the best amd all the love in the world’ and thankyou to you Norm for helping get this amazing opportunity for someone to help support such an amazing person and such a wonderful cause out there world wide’ big love to Jason and all the supporters of this world wide’ big love from New Zealand x

Damn! I just got recommended this video and my mouth just dropped opened. I have this same guitar, same color, binding, and tuners, with the number 231. It doesn't have the Patent Applied (it has Eddie's stamped though) For because I found out from Peavey in an e-mail the stamper was broken and they had to push them out. And the crazy thing is I bought it second hand for $650.00 (no it wasn't hot🤣) and it plays like a dream. This made my day👍

Wonderful story

Funny a couple years ago I brought an EVH Ernie Ball Music Man guitar to Norms to see if they a wanted to buy it . I was surprised about how little they cared about this guitar and find it interesting that now after ed has passed, They have some interest in EVH ....

basically the same thing as the Peavey HP special (once eddie left peavey) fucking killer guitars wish I never sold mine.

This is a real beauty of a guitar! I don't know why, but the Peavey Wolfgangs look way more classy, than the Fender ones. Only my opinion!

Thank God everyone can see the genuine humanity displayed by Eddie van Halen as a person in this video . Sometimes I think we all get caught up in the juicy ,trashy headlines of the modern day and judge high profile people wrongly , me included . If everyone did just one gesture like this I'm sure the world would be better for it . I personally now think of Eddie not only as one of the great guitar innovators but also a kind man to those that need something nice in there life after suffering this terrible affliction. This young man should not have to pay for his care in a country as wealthy as America. Shame on the corporate business model.
