"we don't like thank yous for stuff that should be done" resonates with me. Doing things for friends/family brings me joy. I've tried hard to only be close with those I consider to be good people and worth my time. It's a pleasure to be involved with/help out people you admire and respect.

Yea that's nice. And then everyone takes advantage of you. You think people do nice shit for others solely for a useless "thank you"? No. For the most part, EVERYONE does things for other out of love or care. You're not unique. People make points like that because they get tired of being used and when others EXPECT it from you, you don't even get a thank you, then yes, it bothers people.

That first match of Eddie's with Cody made me an Eddie Kingston fan-the moment he opened his mouth on that mic, threw words back at Arn, and got it made a no DQ match, i had goosebumps. I'd never seen anyone like that in wrestling before. He made me a fan for life. I got to briefly meet Eddie at my first ever indie show that I went to two years ago at AIW, one of the coolest people I've ever met. All hail the Mad King.

I don't doubt that Chris and Eddie dislike eachother. But I 100% believe Eddie is incorrect on a number of his points on Jericho. He said he thinks Jericho is an old school guy that AEW was fighting against. - Jericho has shown in a number of his matches that he can and will adapt to his opponents style rather than wrestle "his" way. He said he thinks Jericho looks at him as someone who "doesn't belong in AEW, is just an indie guy"... Jericho brought a few indie guys in to AEW personally. Jericho brought Luther in. I love Eddie. I like Jericho. But just because there is mutual dislike; does not mean people are out to get you.

I like Eddie, but the Tony Khan social media comments are the dumbest things ever. He believes it creates engagement and will cause people to tune in to his shows, but all it does is cause everyone to laugh and see them as a joke. When your own boss is a clown then it reflects poorly on everyone else in the company. He should be showing humility and take criticism to heart because that's how growth starts and will influence the talent to do the same, but he would rather call everyone bots and "assholes" while claiming everything that happens in his company is "great". That isn't praise-worthy. He's being a willfully ignorant child. If we want to be real, people just praise him because he's rich and writes the check while letting people do whatever they want regardless of the quality. Has nothing to do with "a guy going to war with me".

I remember him in Chikara 20 years ago (ish). Sadly, he's in AEW where the roster is packed with nobodies. As for Jericho, here's the problem with AEW, too many has beens like him. WCW all over again but with more talent.....

Tony Khan is pointing a gun at Eddie Kingston in this interview 😂. Talked about ROH champions somehow Kevin Steen, Tyler Black, CM Punk and Cody are the biggest names to hold that Championship and he "might be leaving out some" them for some reason, sure Eddie. I get it if it wasn’t for TK he wouldn’t be earning that kind of paycheck. Most authentic wrestler ever for sure 😂. Grab that bag Eddie, good for you.

Stop being a mark he literally complimented Cody in this very video. He said he would forget some names and sorry if he did. You're just thinking hard for something to criticize this over because he's in aew and "aew bad"

Spot the wwe mark. I’m joking, calm down buddy. He literally thanks Cody for his moment. He thanks Cody for helping him build his moment and his debut in AEW. If you genuinely don’t think Kingston is just being 100% genuine and just himself…which is literally what he started saying in this interview…then go back and look at some of his work from years and years ago. Delve deep, like I did months ago. Hopefully, if you’re a true loving wrestling fan, who loves the psychology of it all, you’ll understand this man’s passion and you fall in love with this beautiful sport even more.

If you let anyone and everyone do “shoot promos” everyone can be “authentic”. You letting me know a secret or two about backstage work drama isn’t gonna cut it anymore. That’s what I watch gossip girl for.
