    My wife has been watching AEW with me for the past month, and she immediately latched on to Eddie as her favorite. She said something to the effect of "This dude is so effing real I believe everything he says".

    Easily one of the things I'm thankful most about AEW is putting the spotlight on Eddie Kingston - He literally changed the tone of the show on day one. Everything he does feels real, everything he says has meaning. This interview was amazing, too!

    Eddie has gone from relatively unknown veteran on the verge of retirement, to one of the highlights every time he is on screen. His pairing with Moxley made me want to see them win the titles. I can't wait till he gets some deserved gold in the next calendar year.

    "Dream? Me and Jon at Madison Square Garden. More realistically? Me and Jon at Hammerstein Ballroom." He is about to have a match at Arthur Ashe Stadium, a place that is even bigger, but not quite as prestigious as MSG. I think he can upgrade those "realistic" expectations.

    If Renee is good at anything, it's bringing out the human behind that character. Eddie seems like an awesome guy, and his homeless shelter idea would be a reality in minutes if he crowd funded it. Especially if he reached out to certain Twitch streamers in the company. I was a small part of a huge stream just last night that raised over $80K for the Canadian Research Society.

    Renee is probably the best interviewer in my opinion. My 13 year old son and I adore her. Thank you Eddie for sharing your experience with mental health issues and bringing awareness. My son has anxiety and when you did the promo with Moxley after the ring explosion talking about your anxiety, he was affected by that. You’re such a down to earth, and just “real” dude. Thank you for all you do. HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY Renee. You and my son Ryan share a birthday. He just turned 13. Mox is his favorite wrestler, so he loves sharing his special day with you. 😊

    Eddie transitioned from an underrated indie veteran to legitimate main-eventer during the pandemic era. Like to see what he does and hope he has a great 2022. Shame on the part of the IWC that made Kingston deactivate his Twitter account recently.

    25:37 Eddie is well able to be aggressive. He has proved that and I do love when he finds that aggression. I also like that I am getting to see the other side of Eddie that is the funny side of him too but I personally connect when Eddie does go into that deep content in a promo. I think he has a great Balance in life now and I'm happy for him considering all the years he has put in in the business. Bless you Eddie 🙏

    I still love going back to that feud between Kingston and Mox when Kingston first came I'm and I was "damn this guy is real!" and I looked more into Kingston and I was delighted to find him honestly. That was some deep shit that feud with Mox and I loved it. Felt it you know 👏🙏

    I love the fact that the wrestling world has taken the course it has so Eddie can be successful on a big stage because he'd never cut it otherwise.....because he's awesome and aint backing down from that. I also love, appreciate, and relate to the duality (really just different sides of the same coin) of being thankful for what u have, but nah, fuck this shit, this is where i belong. I love listening to Eddie, love all the success he gets, and i find it very therapeutic. Eddie is a very well-rounded awesome person in my opinion.     When Eddie came in with that debut promo on Cody and then the Mox one I was fan ever sense. I related to it. It was real. You meant it, You know. Loved it. Would have loved to have seen Kingstons grand slam speech close the show. Saw some clips of them online from a fan at the show and I felt that too I think in Wrestling especially when real life shit ain't going your way you can out that anger into a promo and vent and everyone be all in for you if it connects. That's a beautiful thing.

    I forget who said “you might not believe wrestling is real, but you’ll believe I’m real,” but Eddie Kingston’s promos from the indies, Chikara, CZW, etc. REALLY embody that sentiment. I was so glad AEW gave him his platform. Also, I don’t have patience for podcasts, but I watched this end to end.
