If you're looking 'puny' just focus on the following lifts; 1. Squats 2. Deadlifts 3.Barbell shoulder press 4. Pull ups 5. Barbell rows 6.Bicep curls Do 2 different lifts a day for eg; Day 1. Squats Pull ups Day 2. Deadlifts Barbell shoulder press Day 3. Rest Day 4. Repeat day 1 Day 5. Shoulder press Bent over barbell row Caveat. Only deadlift once a week or 2 weeks because it is very demanding exercise
