A 100kg is such a small size is more than doable for the type of people in that gym. For the average body builder, it's way tougher... these dudes train in strong man, which mainly consists of very heavy weight in little lumps. The average person would look at how easy these people pick em up, and be stunned when they tried lol.

I love how the guy in the background is just like "ok now i need to do my set" but then he gets up to continue watching the beast doing his set.
I have had these for several weeks kzread.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.
You're on another level bro. That was awesome..

Yes he has got problems with his back now from this but his workouts worked!

Yeah man all of those dense bodybuilders like Dorian and Ronnie trained heavy Ronnie did sometimes 1-12 and Dorian did six to eight and I believe Dennis James did the same as well as Kevin Levrone and heavier weights is better because it hurts less
These are full lockout reps too, on an incline! Less lower chest to power the move. Not taking anything away from big Ronnie Coleman but he only used to do partial reps with this weight, on a flat bench.
