I lost my Grandpa suddenly to Cancer in 2016 and it felt like a part of me died with him that day. He was/is my best friend and someone I thought of as a second Father. I love and miss you Grandpa. You are always in my heart and memory. Thank you Ed for providing a space to feel, and thank you 4mytouch for capturing this moment in time for those who stumble across your video. 💓

Curious as to how he tunes his guitar while talking snd then just proceeds to the next song.. Wouldn’t you need to then play a note on it to check if if’s good?? He is such a musical genius.

he has a pedal that stops the guitar’s signals to the amplifiers and sends it to a tuner instead. the note is being played, you just can’t hear it from below the stage. i think its the boss tu-3 with a bypass function.

I believe most acoustic electric guitars stop going through the speakers when you turn the tuner on
