I played this song the night I proposed to my wife 😇 PS: Fast forward to 2 years later , unfortunately our wedding got dropped. After we moved in together, things went sideways as we were struggling to have a proper work-life balance. And after a few days I got transferred and the long distancing wasn't the best for us. Moreover,her father wasn't my greatest admirer. It didn't work out in the best way possible for us,but it was true and magical while it lasted. I hope she finds what she's looking for. If you guys were in a similar situation ,was it like 'DAMN,it hurts' for you too???

i dedicated this song to my girlfriend... i love her so much, i never thought i had a chance of dating her but it happened, now we're dating, but her mom really hates me... she doesn't know me but she says that I'm a bad influence for her, that all i want is to ruin her life, but that's not what i want, i want her to be happy, i want her to marry me. but now i can't talk to her because of her mom, her mom put a restraining order against me... i just want to be happy with her, but her mom is making us both suffer, my girl and i. all we can do is wait until we graduate... 3 long years. this song reminds me of her and all i want to do is cry when the song plays. thank you for reading this.

I don’t even listen to the original. I heard it once, maybe twice. But this version makes me feel things. It’s so beautiful. It makes me feel so warm and cozy inside. I guess the absence of words gives room for my emotions to come out. Kudos to the musician. You are a magician.

This song, when I saw it uploaded I clicked it, Ed Sheeran made me revisit and ponder the past, and think about the girl I liked and now the piano instrumental came out and even though it's just an instrument i feel the emotion more because its a solo rather than more than one thing playing at once..... Love it
