You guys should watch the real story on discovery plus its also called the devil made me do it but it's told by Ed and Lorraine themselves and it's fascinating to watch, it's also awesome seeing their son in law do the tour of their museum where Annabelle is. A channel called overnight did a four part series where they had been allowed entry and also were able to assist in moving Annabelle from her case to a temporary case so the original could be fixed up and re blessed

You’ll should react to The Haunting in Connecticut

Unlike the majority of folks, I love this movie. Was it as grand as the other 2? No. Was it utter crap like people day? Again, no. I enjoyed it because it was different from the others. It also showed that monsters aren't always what you can't see since evil Olive Oyl was a human one. Ed and Loraine will forever be the OG's and glad y'all took the time to do this reaction because a lot of channels don't. Thanks for another great video. 😁

I actually think I like this one more than the 2nd. It’s a fantastic movie with a great story and great acting!

This one wasn't as strong as the first 2 films but it still had some cool moments. And I can't complain about more Ed and Lorraine scenes. 💖

This is one of my favourites in terms of the chemistry between Ed and Lorraine. I just adore them so much 😭🤍

The reason they didn’t cover the trial itself is because it would have felt like a redo of another exorcism movie that DID cover a court case about something similar called The Exorcism of Emily Rose, in which the entire movie is mostly based around the court room stuff of a similar trial.

Hey Badd Medicine gang! If you listen closely around the 17 or 18 minute mark when ed and Lorraine are in their home, you can hear Lorraine say “look what’s the perrons sent us” I found it cool because it’s a neat call back to one of the two previous films, the perrons I believe are the family form the first film, I thought it was a pretty neat callback.

Annabelle trilogy is not as good as these but works for scary nights. And The Nun is ok-ish. What I like about the conjuring universe is how everything connects with the original trilogy so that's interesting. Keep going guys!

You are bugging if you think the Annabelle universe isn’t as good as this. They were very good movies imo but I do agree the nun movie wasn’t the best

I read somewhere that this movie was inspired by the 1981 trial of Arne Cheyenne Johnson. His case was literally named the "Devil Made Me Do It" case which was recorded as one of the first cases in the USA where someone used to their defense that they were posessed and remained inherently innocent from their actual doing in a crime. I think that them making a movie based around this was so interesting and not to mention it really makes things harder to comprehend when you claim a supernatural presence "made you" do something to someone because even still if people were to claim that every time something happened revolving around murder the actual documented cases of posession would become less credible and more looked at as an "easy way out of prison". Arne was sentenced maximum years to life in prison but only served 4-5 years behind bars. Also, this was not my fav conjuring but the plot is based on true events obvi so it saved the movie imo.

Netflix has a documentary on this exact "true story" where they interview the family. I think the older brothers explanation/revelation at the end is eye opening.

That's the wrong order, that's release date not chronological, chronological is, The Nun (2018) Annabelle: Creation (2017) The Nun 2 (2023) Annabelle (2014) The Conjuring (2013) Annabelle Comes Home (2019) The Curse of La Llorona (2019) The Conjuring 2 (2016) The Conjuring the devil made me do it (2021) (Also the curse of La Llorona isnt really a major movie that you need to watch, all that it has in it is the priest from annabelle (2014), And they are making the conjuring 4 called the last rites, which will be the last movie).

This film is perhaps not as frightening as the two previous ones (the absence of James Wan is undoubtedly there for something), however I love it. The scenario dares to take risks and I loved the side "investigation with the Warren". I also really appreciated that they exploit Lorraine's visions more, it really gives cool scenes. And the villain is really interesting, I think that although they moved away from demons and ghosts for a human antagonist, it changes from what we are used to. I wonder in which direction the writers will go for "Conjuring 4". Either way, great reaction! It's always a pleasure to watch your videos.

This wasn't my favorite conjuring, but I still enjoyed it. Watching Vera and Patrick as Lorraine and Ed is one of my favorite things about the conjuring films. They have such amazing chemistry. Also, the scene in the morgue scared the pants off of me. Lol at your reactions 36:32.

The Conjuring 1 & 2 were great but this one just didn't have that scare factor the other two movies had. It was great seeing the Warrens again though

I get what you mean but for me it was refreshing to see the antagonist as something more familiar such as this witch instead of it being just demons. Humans can be the real demons too.

This happened in my hometown of Brookfield and my family were family friends with the family until this happened lol the house in the movie looks nothing like their real house lol and my grandmother also met Lorraine Warren when she was a nun at my grandfathers church.

That’s right, Oak. Sometimes movies are just meant to be absorbed without much thought. Those are purely made for entertainment. The ones mean to be “art”, should be the ones that are brushed through with a fine-tooth comb.

Watched this in the cinema, I was so hyped for it because I loved the first 2. This one was a heavy let down for me, but I still enjoyed a few scenes.

That farmer dude (chicken shit) is the guy who played Boromir and Faramirs father Denethor in lord of the rings, the steward who torched himself and threw himself off the city.

I have seen this movie when it first came out, but I recently read the book this movie was based on, co-written with the real life Warren's from decades ago. It was written horribly, but a huge difference was that it's entirely about David Gletzel. If you believe the testimony, he went through months to perhaps over a year of remarkable abuse that his father and older brother didn't believe. Arne essentially took up the mantle as a believer and Man of the House for lack of a better term. There's a lot more with even the house Arne and Debbie were going to move into that involved his mother and sisters. There was also a completely different reason for the curse which was honestly very ridiculous, no mention of a heart condition, and no mention of Lorraine getting this other case file. Arne's case was essentially the last two chapters because at that point in real life the Warren's job was finished.

This one was my favorite out of all 3. I'm glad you guys enjoyed it. The story and the witchcraft was amazing. I knew the cliff scene were going to get all 3 of you. Lol. Great review!

The music plays some of the biggest parts to set the scene

James wan director of the first two conjuring’s as well as saw movies, and furious 7, decided to hand over the directing to another for this movie and I partly think it’s why it’s not as strong as the other two. However the camera angles and soundtrack in it are still good!

Yeah, I noticed at the beginning that it seemed different from the previous two movies, so I looked up the director, and it was indeed a different one. James Wan was working on another movie called Malignant, but I've read somewhere that he is working with the 4th Conjuring. I love this movie though, even if it was not as scary. I believe the story was very interesting which saved the movie.

Love watching movies with you guys...can i suggest an early Jeff Goldblum-Mr. Frost. Suspenseful, interesting camera shots, a young shirtless long haired Goldblum...

Ed and Lorraine need a change of careers. They could open up a bed and breakfast in a brand new house with no history, zero artifacts, no creepy dolls and every guest gets a thorough background check. Just gazebos. And good, clean fun.

I hate whn ppl dont do A Haunting in CT. Its still Ed & Lorraine but the fam refused to sell their rights so it's not pt of the universe. Newtown still is the DOC facility for mentally ill. They closed ths actually DMHAS facility rite aftr the trial but the othrs were packed so unfortunately a lot of ppl came home. Needless to say my childhood was eventful...including the demons I saw trying to attack me n my rm A LOT n 82. Gotta wonder if it was the same one Bruno had. I run into more 😇 now

I agree with them regarding the less scare factor. when u look at it ,In the first one it was a vengeful ghost of a dead witch who controlled several other ghosts, in the second one it was a very powerful demon while in this one rather than 'devil made me do it', it was more like 'witch made me do it'.

Like someone else said, please react to the rest of the Conjuring universe! Annabelle: Creation is my favorite out of ALL Conjuring films. I thought this one was good but not great. Not as good as the rest, scare factor wise. It just didn't scare me. Lol But it was decent!

Overnight is a channel on KZread and they’re the only people to ever investigate at the Warren Museum. Anabelle and a ton of other items are there but it’s interesting if you ever want to check it out. They’re serious about it too

You guys should watch ‘The exorcism of Emily Rose’. It’s based off a true story and the priest who did the exorcism was put on trial for it. Very good film.

Some of this movie was shot in my home town and right in the Town Square where I work and I had no idea so when I watched it with my BF I kept saying “I work right there in that building!” And “I know where that road is”! I was so fixated on finding places I recognized I think I ruined the movie for him 😅

I'm sure the oldan at 15:58 is one of the ghosts in the further from insidious 2 he's the one that Ed can't see standing in front of him saying he's got your baby
