    good mornings, reverse hypers, glute hamraises. basically, strengthen your abs, lower back, hamstrings, and glutes. if you do that, it will fly off the floor. that's pretty much it. any thing about getting stronger will help, but mainly those 4 muscles. and yeah deficit deadlifts or speed deadlifts could help.

    Ed, could you give some advice on finding the right hand placement on squats given you have the shoulder ROM to go narrow similar to Malanichev and Pozdeev, I have seen lifters put up big numbers with a wide placement as well as a close hand placement.
